Unfortunately, this is the only location in my area! Customer service is terrible! If this location does not honor curbside, then remove it from the site. I made an order a few weeks ago. They claimed they were too busy to bring it out at that time, but I could come inside, so I waited. Called back inside. I explained to them that I was in a great deal of pain and really did want to come in. They put me on hold and NEVER came back on the phone. I finally went inside. This very nice waitress, Jessica, I think was her name, immediately helped me. Took my food outside and put it in my vehicle because I was having difficulty walking. I went today. Parking lot nearly empty. I believe the phone was off the hook because ot kept giving a fast busy signal. I made my way inside, asked the gentlemen if the phone was off the hook. He said, 'oh, I don't know' and handed me my food. He could care less which is the exact same attitude most of the others show. This location needs classes on how to treat customers. I guess I should stop spending my money at a place that clearly shows they don't care. Do better, Ruby Tuesday! Food: 4 Service: 2

Cleaner and more efficient that the sister location in Greensboro in my experience. Food feels like they are trying. Me and my family have been going to this chain for a long time. This specific location has a senior member of staff that goes above and beyond to resolve any issues and talk to folks like a real person. This goes really really far for food and service and is the reason I would recommend going here. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: Salad bar is a great option for vegan options. Impossible burger as one would expect. That is about it as of 6/7/26

We went on a Friday night and the service was fine. Wait staff was attentive and our tea stayed mostly full. We both had the rib eye dinner with mashed potatoes and zucchini. The food was tasty but the portions were small. No bread at all, even with the entree. Notably, we should have ordered a bigger steak, and perhaps the portions would have matched the bigger price. Although it still doesn't feel as if the meal was a great value for the price. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
