Please understand why I picked four out of five stars in the atmosphere category; the restaurant was clean and not crowded; my companion and I didn't need to compete with loud music to be heard but, frankly, atmosphere, is the least important of the three evaluations by a wide margin. It is in the other two categories that Ruby Tuesday Saraland excelled. Our waitress, Heather, was the best. She was friendly and efficient, she knew the menu and the specials and, as I was a new rewards member, she knew everything about that as well. She came and checked on us with a perfect frequency - available but not intrusive. The food was excellent and I will definitely be back. Thanks Heather for making it such an enjoyable experience. The server, Heather, was excellent. She was very nice and took care of everything we asked for. My husband ordered med well steak but it came extra well done. Heather offered to fix it but he declined. The cheese sticks needed to be cooked a little longer. One of them that i ate, the entire piece of cheese came out. They were a little warmer than room temperature. Salad bar was AWESOME!!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $70–80 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Everything was very fresh and good... Heather was our waitress and she was awesome, very attentive. We never had to ask for refills, and she made sure that all of our food was correct before it came to the table. The only thing Ruby needs to do is change their salad bar section around. They need to put the cheese,the meat and the onion bowls toward the front. HEATHER YOU ROCK Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
