The service of this location was awesome, which is why I gave an extra star. But the burger was not what i ordered the first time. The first burger i ordered was supposed to be well done and it came out medium. The party i went with ordered a burger ans it messed up as well. It took about 15-20 min to get my second burger. The fries thankfully were good. But the worst thing was when i walked into the building and into the men's bathroom there was a strong smell of sewer. The server who i asked about told us it was a sulfer system in the back of the resturant. But the smell was most pungent in the men's restroom. The place should fix their pipe problems before allowing people to eat inside.

Horrible service! Dirty dining area, my server Megan was soo busy sitting down talking to someone that I never received silverware, I had to get up and find my own, my turkey burger had nothing on it! Not even the Swiss cheese that I requested! I had to ask for everything!! Then my server sat down started talking AGAIN and never came back to check on me! WTH!!! Ruby Tuesday you gotta do better!!!
