Fair warning the inside of Ruby's is a bit small and it is always popular. You must book a table in advance. Also be advised it is a sort of buffet style but this is also missing leading. The way it works is you pay per head and you have up to 2 hours of continuous food. You have to order set items from the menu and it is cooked made to order. You don't have to wait long. You can order group dishes but you can also ask for smaller personal portions. It is always best to have an idea of what to order next so when the waiter comes around you know what to get so you are not wasting time. You are not allowed to order too much in one go and be advised too much food waste and you will be charged. Only order if you know you can finish it. The food is amazing. I am a vegetarian due to dietary restrictions and I could not complain about the vegetarian menu. To me for a Chinese place it was amazing. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40

Birthday meal with family last night.
The staff are so rude, no time to browse menu, no time to eat before being hassled, everything thrown at you and s no and snatched away!
You think your get all yo can eat starters but on a table of 4 you get one tiny morsel and your personal main choice fills a tea cup !
On top of that the clientele were all drunk as skunks and shouting the noise gave us a headache.
I was glad to get out of there.

Omg as soon as we sat down we were rushed into ordering!!
We had some wipes literally chucked at us!!
Food was ok but just couldn’t relax and enjoy it
