A few locals told me that I needed to try this place when we talked about steaks. I'm a big carnivore but, while I didn't miss steaks too much I also didn't want to pay a lot for not so great beef. That was so not the case here - awesome comes to mind! The skirt steak was perfect. Cooked as ordered and service was amazing. I also appreciated the server telling me that the meat was salted while cooking and to taste first before adding - he was right. The chimichurri was outstanding as were the sides and delicious desert. My only strange - not crazy about was the seasoning used for the steak - it was on the sweet side. There were so many items on the menu that I want to try and based on this meal - I'll try them all! LOL Will definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. My husband and I had valentines dinner at RUCA, our waiter David was fantastic and we even met the owner Leonardo Wow!! The food was outstanding the meat was the best I’ve had in CR as we live here. Will becoming back and placing orders for the Choripan and Entrana .
