Throughout my entire life, I have never been one to write reviews or criticize restaurants. In fact, I am usually the first to praise cafes and desserts—especially your "Vanilla Choux," which is truly exceptional. However, what I experienced a month ago forced me to break my rule and write this with great regret. The branch manager (the elderly lady) is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and lacks basic respect for customers. When I arrived, her treatment of me was terrible and condescending. Yet, the moment some high-profile customers ("Sheikhs") walked in, her behavior completely flipped 180 degrees, and she became exceptionally welcoming and polite. This kind of classist discrimination is absolutely unacceptable in a respectable establishment. An important message to the business owner: Please pay attention to your business and look into what is happening. You are losing—and will continue to lose—many loyal customers because of this manager’s behavior. Your establishment deserves competent, professional staff who know how to treat everyone with equal respect. Save your business before it is too late.

The café has a great atmosphere, especially the sunroom. It’s bright, warm, and breathtaking at sunset. The desserts are nice, especially the mini tarts and cheesecake. The coffee can be a hit or miss sometimes. I recommend going during the morning time, since it gets quite busy in the afternoons and nights. The staff are super friendly and nice on every visit, despite the place being fully packed and crowded. The outdoor seating area is reasonable. One personal downgrade is the stairs.
