Absolutely appalling customer service, received a chicken pizza with a strand of hair!! but ordered a paneer pizza. We’re vegetarian but the owner refuses to issue a refund/exchange. Never will order from there again! They’ll mess up the order and hygiene doesn’t seem appropriate. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The cooking oil at Rugby Fish Bar is clearly old and hasn't been changed in a while, which really impacts the food quality. Honestly, the food was horrible. I will never order from here again. Seriously, think twice and stay safe – the lack of cleanliness is very noticeable, and the food is just awful. A totally horrible experience!"
