Came here twice during my stay in Niseko and tried 6 flavours. Everything was delicious. Will highly recommend gold kiwi and watermelon flavor. So refreshing in summer!

What a treat. The blueberry and depokon were an excellent combo. My wife’s roasted green and milk cream was delicious as well.

I’ve been to this place for many years and they have great ice cream. The ice cream is artisanal and the shop owner offers good service. I think it is generally easy to find his shop, to enjoy some delicious ice cream. The flavours blend and mix very nicely together and it is very unique to Niseko, with fresh milk sourced from the local area to enhance the taste. Overall would recommend going to Ruhiel’s to try some good quality ice cream.
