Best place to go grocery shopping for things that are best value of Kroger brands. It's all the same kind of food. We love the Angus burgers that have six frozen i believe in the box. But they are amazing. They are worth every penny I would only recommended for your family dinner not like a cookout because they're about $8 or $9.00 for only 6 patties in the box. But that's your choice.

This is a great place to shop for all of your basics! I shop for a Food Pantry, and Ruler allows me to purchase more items for my limited budget. I can afford items which would otherwise be out of reach for me, i.e. cheese products, certain proteins and fruit/vegetables. Ruler also serves those people on fixed incomes very well. Affording food being a major concern is lessened wherever one can find a Ruler Foods!
