I wanted to recognize Jarrica for her excellent customer service. I shop at Ruler Foods in Newburgh multiple times a week, and her level of care truly stood out compared to my usual experiences. She greeted me with a positive attitude, reminded me to grab a bag, and even took the time to bag my items and place them neatly in my cart. This extra attention to detail is not something I typically see, and it made a big difference. Her kindness and effort genuinely lifted my mood, and I wanted to make sure her hard work is recognized.
