If you’re in Samarkand, and you like shashlik, then this restaurant is a must-go. We had veggie, chicken, and beef tenderloin skewers, which came with French fries, yogurt dip, something like ketchup, salad, and chapchak (local circular bread). The meat was so tender and the vegetables were so fresh. If you’re not a believer in central Asian food, and you want to be, then head to Rulet House and you will find the light. Tip: we went during lunch and apparently it gets packed for dinner so it is likely worthwhile to reach out in what’s app ahead of time to reserve a table for dinner.
