Disappointing experience. I frequent cocktail & Tiki bars around the country and the service at Rumba is lacking. I was the only person at the bar on a Friday afternoon, and got zero interaction from the bartender. I started with a Barbados punch and the glass sat empty for 20 minutes before any one of the 3 employees standing nearby thought to ask if I’d like another drink. In contrast, the bartenders at Smugglers Cove in SF know me by name. It’s also somewhat galling that “Rumba adds a 20% service charge to all checks.” Price per person: $30–40 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

The portobello mushroom tacos (Vegetarian, contains cheese but no meat) were amazing! The cocktails were good. The service was excellent. Saw one large table with 8-10 ppl seating available, but all other tables were best for 2,3 at most. They apply a 20% service charge on all checks (any group size), just good to know as a heads-up. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nice cozy spot with a great bar setup. Has some really good rum cocktail options worth trying, but they do add a flat 20% tip by default regardless of party size. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
$$$$ Price range per person $20-$60
