I always have such a great experience. The food is consistently good and quick, but what really makes it stand out is the staff. Jayden is absolutely fantastic. Every single time I come in, he has the biggest, most genuine smile on his face. It really brightens up the whole place! You can tell he is a true team player too, always helping out wherever needed and making sure everything runs smoothly. It's refreshing to see someone so dedicated and positive. It's employees like Jayden that makes me choose Runza over other options. Keep up the amazing work! It does not go unnoticed! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went through the drive through, got a swiss mushroom burger with no mayo, and ordered a small fry, extra crispy. The burger was fine, no mayo, plenty of Swiss and mushrooms, but the fries were limp and soft, barely able to tell the difference in color from the outside of the fry to the inside. It's kind of sad when you have to let your burger cool while you cook the fries in the air fryer to get them the way they should have been from the restaurant. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 5

I have been to a few Runzas now and there are a few common take aways I have experienced. 1. Runza restaurants are typically cleaner after a rush, then most fast food joints. 2. The staff is clean and they present themselves well. They appear to enjoy working for Runza. 3. Although I do not care for the Runza, the hamburgers are fantastic. The fries are also awesome. 4. The shakes are ridiculous! Seriously, these are pure trouble. We tried the mint shake, and those should come with a warn...do not share or you will be back at the counter to buy another! 5. If the trash can is full, they empty it. No really, how many times do you go into a fast food joint and the trash is overflowing....and people are trying to find one with a little room. So based on my few visits at multiple locations, they all appear to be similar. I have to present a detractor, as no business is perfect. Every location I have been to, the store entry is a mimic of frogger, 80s reference, as getting past the cars in the drive through can be a challenge. There has to be a better design? Maybe park the vehicles near the store and let the drive through go behind.... like most restaurants. Anyway, this is more sarcastic than an issue. Don't fall away from your high quality products, it might cost a little more... but so does everything.
