The burger patty is a nice thickness. Always fresh. Runza's are always fresh. I have never had a bad meal at a Runza restaurant. We went thru the drive thru at lunchtime, so there were about 5 cars ahead of us, but it was worth the wait. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

Probably my worst experience. I had to wait a bit for my food so I was thinking maybe I would have fresh fries... Nope! Fries and my cheeseburger were cold. Such a disappointment Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2
