We absolutely loved Rupha Restaurant! The food and hospitality are so good that we ended up coming back three times during our short stay in Puno. We first stopped in for a fantastic lunch, loved it so much that we returned later that same evening just for dessert, and then had to come back again the very next day. You absolutely have to try their signature hot chocolate drink, the Rupha chocolate—it is incredible. We also tried several different slices of their cakes, and every single one of them was fantastic (and they have so many more to choose from!). If you are in Puno, do not miss this place—it is easily one of the best spots in town! Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: PEN 20–40
