1. Waited long for the food court part to be staffed. 2. Food - hotdog and burger - tasted bad. I know it's a gas station and is supposed to be like that, but prices were close to those of a restaurant. 3. As the burger had a lot of souces I asked for an additional napkins - of course they said they don't provide any. We spended not a small amount on fuel and food and drinks, but of course the extra napkin was too much. 0 out of 5 will never use again.

The staff at this gas station lack professionalism and are not particularly friendly. Customer interactions feel rushed and unwelcoming, and basic courtesy is often missing. Overall, the service does not meet expected standards.
