Hi Samyra, thank you for your honest feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that your recent visit didn’t meet the standards you’ve experienced with us before. Cleanliness, quality, and a great environment are very important to us, and what you described is definitely not the experience we want our guests to have. We will address these concerns with our team right away. In regard to the overly hot we are working with the HVAC technician from last couple of days, expected to be resolved either today or tomorrow. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope you’ll give us another chance to provide the 10/10 experience you remember.
