Yes, when the Rochester weather is hot you can count on this place and any place else that says ice cream is going to be crowded. The best bet is that this one is worth the wait! You can bet on having a lot of confusion about which flavor you should take and how much you dare to think you can eat. Lots of variety. Lots of laughter going on in the line
