i've been coming to Russell's for many years and I've had a good experience. Tonight was extremely disappointing because the service was so slow and poor. The drinks were so average and the food was just above fair. I had recommended it and while We had a great time with the people. I was very disappointed in the overall experience. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

My wife is specific when she orders her filet mignon as slightly pink. The first steak they brought her was so overdone that it was dry and hard to swallow, not juicy at all. The waiter Wesley was very kind and asked if she wanted a whole new plate. So, the second filet mignon came out still over cooked and dry. We love Russell's Restaurant and make it a point to eat there every time that we come to Vail, it was disappointing that the chef couldn't get it right after trying twice.
