We came past the rust bucket for breakfast, we were seated fairly quickly which was great. That’s about where the positives end. We ordered our food with the waitress, requesting well cooked eggs across dishes. This was articulated three times, the ordering process took a little long due to the communication barrier, normally this is fine and a little patience and understanding go a long way. A different waitress come out confirming the cook on the eggs. The dishes came out in a timely manner; but with oozing raw yolk. It was returned to the kitchen and a different dish ordered instead. The second dish was fine. The cold drink was fine, and the chai I ordered was okay- a little light and extra hot when not requested, but okay. We went to pay the bill and were charged for the dish that was sent back. We noticed a little afterwards so I called and was told that I’d get a callback “in 10 minutes” to finalise a refund electronically. It’s been 40 minutes with nothing- they close in around 30 minutes. EDIT: After calling and following up, the refund was processed. It’s unfortunate that this place has become so sub par and unenjoyable considering how great they initially were. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The service lousy , Waited 5 minutes just to sit down. Food ok but Cheese pastry was cold. Too crowded. And had Islamic music. Very uncomfortable. Felt out of place. No parking and heaps of traffic. Not a good place.

and tasteless, the pancakes where so thick and it tasted like flour, so wasn't cooked properly. But the worst the strawberries that came with the pancakes were old and had mould on them ?.... Yes we did takeaway because it was covid, but seriously in if you want to run a store that is providing takeaway during the pandemic, please make sure the food quality is up to standard before sending home an unseen order !!! This is not the first time we where disappointed with our takeaway and I just had to speak up ! beware people their food hygiene standards are not up to scratch ! One last thing to add, the wait for our food was way to long, clearly they are understaffed which is causing quality issues with there food. Mind you the owner is lovely I just think its the incompetent staff in the kitchen.
