Rustibar is pretty near Palacio de la Union. You can always try perfectly cooked ceviche at this bar. Clients don't like Pisco sour at Rustibar.
Live music is performed by musicians in the evening. It's a pity, the staff is rude as a number of guests mention. From the guests' viewpoint, get ready to pay democratic prices for eating at this place. Since the decor is good, visitors don't really recommend this place. If you come to this spot, have no doubt, you are to love the surrounding quiet ambiance. But google users haven't given this bar a high rating.

Yeah, they'll mess with you. I checked twice that I was getting the 2 for 25 sols drink, and ended up getting charged 80 sols for a liter drink. As soon as I brought it up, they pretend they didn't speak English anymore. I literally have them on video confirming the price, and they denied it and won't let you leave without paying. Also, everyone there tried to sell me drugs. Don't go there.
