Rustic in Novato has gone way downhill. Just went in at 9:30am on a Saturday and there were no baked goods AGAIN..at a bakery. They run out of items I guess? Terrible business planning by management and wouldn’t be surprised if this place closes within 5 years. There were pretty much no customers there. Just sad. This happens too often here. Staff hates being there and don’t really know how to make a good coffee. The baked goods are delicious when they actually have their act together. Skip Rustic and head over to Creekside, way better experience. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today was my 2nd visit to Rustic Bakery.As a out of towner I fell in love with this place on my first visit. I love watching the bakers kneading away on their different types of dough as I stoodby waiting to be served. Workers are very friendly, always smiling.I highly recommend Rustic Bakery.
