I really do like being able to go to a restaurant here in Haskell and dine inside and get extremely good food but my issue is that you have prices in your menu but are charged a different price at register. When asked why I am told because corporate is working on a new menu and they are having to charge an up charge for okra or onion rings on the dinner menu which are supposed to be two of the sides that menu says comes with the meal. My understanding of an up charge is to intice you to buy a larger portion for a few dollars more but that is not what you are doing. Therefore, I have refused to continue to eat there until Rustic changes everything. Also, receipts are not given to customers at the table so they can see what the charges are. If you do not have a menu ready with new prices that is not my fault and I should not be charged more than what the menu says. But I'm sure you could careless that you have a disgruntled local customer at least that is the impression I get from your employees..
