I went to Rustic Roots Restaurant for lunch on the day of its opening and I received a very warm welcome. I ordered the beef stew in a bread bown, and the Guinness and chocolate cake. Both were very tasty and you could see a lot of thought and care were put into the preparation and presentation of the dishes. Highly recommended if you crave comfort food and are looking for traditional Irish food (cabbage and bacon, anyone?) with a light touch modern twist and full flavour.
