Fresh seafood, bottarga and ingredients prepared to order come with a significant food cost, especially at the price point we offer.That said, we completely respect your opinion about the portion and the rice texture. Risotto is always cooked fresh to order, and sometimes customers may prefer it slightly softer depending on personal taste.We always encourage guests to speak with us during service if something doesn’t feel right, as we’re always happy to help or adjust where possible in the moment.Thank you again, and we look forward to welcoming you back in our new venue.

Have you actually read what you wrote?Because your review comes across as confused, exaggerated, and in parts simply not consistent with what we serve.What is more surprising, however, is this: during your visit our staff asked several times if everything was alright, and no issues were raised.It is always interesting how certain “dramatic experiences” only appear afterwards, from behind a keyboard, rather than at the table where any problem could have been addressed immediately.We take our work and our customers’ safety very seriously, which is exactly why reviews like this are difficult to consider credible.We are, however, glad that at least the dessert met your expectations.
