I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rustica Pizza Vino while visiting Orillia, and it was a delightful experience. Located in the charming downtown area, this Italian restaurant immediately impressed me with its welcoming and friendly staff, creating a positive vibe the moment I walked in. As someone who doesn’t usually go for Italian food aside from pizza, I was craving a good slice and decided to give Rustica a try. For appetizers, I had the calamari, which was incredibly fresh and perfectly complemented by the combination of red cabbage and pesto aioli. For the main course, I ordered the Diavola pizza and the lemon chicken capellini. Both dishes were delicious and fresh, showcasing the quality and care put into the food. To finish off the meal, I tried the limoncello tiramisu for dessert. While it was more like a limoncello cake, it was still a pleasant end to a great meal. Overall, I loved the place, the food, and the service. I highly recommend Rustica Pizza Vino to anyone visiting Orillia.
