We had a large group at Rustica after the Heart of the Rockies triathlon. We sat out in the patio under the sun umbrellas and enjoyed the view and the breeze. The wait staff was very helpful and attentive and everyone enjoyed their meal. I started with the veggie spring rolls, which were quite tasty, and my main was the chicken parmigiana, and wasn't paying attention and this turned out to be a sandwich, but it was very good. My wife had the seasoned basa fillet sandwich and enjoyed it as well.

May long weekend, any restaurant in town should expect a busy crowd this weekend. Apparently not here at Eagle Ranch. Not only was the service of the wait staff lacking, but so was the service of the kitchen staff. Drinks took forever. After a long wait the food finally arrived before we had any cutlery, and our server neglected to bring any of the sauces to go with the $55 appetizer platter....which was way over priced and it honestly looked like yesterday's leftovers. The table beside us waited 30 minutes for their drinks, only to have one of the patrons go inside to the bar and pick them up off the bar himself. They decided to complain to the manager who took zero responsibility for the lack in service. This establishment used to serve quality food, however they need to kick it up a notch in all areas. What a disappointment.
