I had ordered the entrecote medium. It came well done and chewy. The baked potato that came with the steak was cold. No apologies offered. Overpriced for quality. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: €50–60

We visited Rusticana on Sunday, 12 July 2026, after reading many very positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience did not match them. We ordered steaks from the grill, as these were highly recommended. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we asked several times about the status of our order. First, we were told that the kitchen had unexpectedly needed to prepare food for an outside event, which can happen. Later, the person responsible for the grill came to our table and assured us that the food would be ready within five to eight minutes. Despite this, we waited another 20 minutes. We ordered three steaks: two medium and one well done. Instead, two steaks were served well done, while the steak that was supposed to be well done had clearly been left on the grill for far too long. The waiters acknowledged this themselves. Long waiting times can be understandable, but serving all three steaks incorrectly after such a delay was very disappointing. Perhaps we were simply unlucky, but based on this visit, I cannot recommend the restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: €30–40
