Our first time at Rustico Lewes and we will definitely be back! We had an excellent experience due, in large part, to our waiter Louis. From the happy and friendly welcome, his cheerful and helpful approach when we ordered and his checking in that everything was ok without being intrusive, his service was exceptional. The food was also absolutely superb. The large salad was large and superb! We also enjoyed pasta and pizzas and all the food was delicious and beautifully presented. Drinks were great too - an excellent negroni and all drinks served in iced glasses (a welcome touch on such a hot day). All in all… a superb meal and highly, highly recommended!!!! Authentic Italian cuisine, nice pizza and rigatoni freshly made in the right portions. Some outdoor garden to enjoy the sunshine. Prices are reasonable. We've dined in and have used the Tuesday collections deal for some time. The pizzas are delicious and the staff are always friendly. We tried a few places for stone baked pizzas and Marco is the most consistent, cooking them to perfection. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £10–20 Parking: There's a few car parks within walking distance that are free after 5pm. Kid-friendliness: There's colouring materials and children's menu options. It's not a silent atmosphere so noise is well sustained in the restaurant too
