I really wanted to like this place because the counter girls are absolutely lovely and incredibly polite, and the delivery driver was genuinely nice and arrives right on time. Sadly, they are the only good things about this bakery. The food is wildly overpriced for what you actually get. There is nothing premium about the ingredients to justify these prices. But the absolute worst part is the owners. While I was waiting for my order, I witnessed the owners being incredibly rude, aggressive, and abusive to their own staff right in front of customers. When I gently mentioned to the owner that I had been charged twice for an item, he completely snapped at me, raised his voice, and basically told me to get out if I didn't like it. It is shameful how management treats people. The frontline staff deserve a medal for working under that kind of toxic leadership. Save your money and support an establishment that actually respects its customers and its employees. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Fantastic choice, delicious cakes and pastries, I bought 2 Belgian buns and 2 sausages rolls, both were delicious, very friendly lady served me. Highly recommended. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely love this place did try truffles across the road first but the prices were sky high and the food is very much the same as Rustington Bakery would highly recommended and the new owners were very helpful. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
