You really can’t beat sunset at the Rusty Rudder. The atmosphere and service were the best. The food, however, was bland and tepid. The crab cakes and hush puppies were dry and small. The best was the Brussels sprouts. I’m sure there are other outdoor dining experiences that could be better.
