I am already planning my next trip here! We came to Whitby whilst visiting family and have heard them talk a lot about The Rusty Shears. I came with high expectations and they were not just met, they were exceeded! I ordered the green eggs and ham, it was delicious. I would recommend it to everyone. The service was also extremely friendly. This is somewhere everyone should visit whilst in Whitby. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £10–20

An exceptional breakfast This cracking little venue was recommended to me by a friend who knows the area very well. We visited on a hot sunny weekend in August and were seated at a table on the patio immediately. It offers a very pleasant and relaxing space to enjoy a meal with friends. The staff were friendly and attentive. The service was prompt, even though the restaurant was busy at the time. The quality of the food was excellent and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend Rusty Shears and would gladly pay a return visit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £10–20

Absolutely gorgeous hidden gem! Lovely friendly helpful staff who know there gins, coffees & teas! Delicious freshly cooked food & beautiful Courtyard & quirky tearoom! We absolutely love it here & cannot visit whitby without coming! Highly recommend this beautiful hidden gem! Can’t wait to be back! Thank youx
