Ryosen truly is a hidden gem in Kyoto! It’s a small, cozy restaurant with beautiful traditional architecture, giving off a warm, family-owned feel. The chef prepares the meals right in front of you, and it’s so cool to watch. The full-course meal was absolutely top-notch; everything tasted so fresh and delicious! The drink I ordered was crisp and refreshing, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Prices are on the higher side, but the experience was totally worth it.
