I went on a Friday, a public holiday, and made a reservation for a seat. I was told it would be 2 hours. The customer service, which was probably the store manager or a man, was very hurried and I felt pressured to send them home. It feels like the store has become uncomfortable. Also, I thought it was a live squid because it cost 3,800 yen to make the squid. It turned out to be a normal dead squid. It felt like I paid 3,800 yen for regular squid sashimi. I thought 880 yen for a raw oyster in the shell would be too much, but it was average. It's a shame because it used to be my favorite store. I won't go there again.
