If it wasn’t for the Society buying the Cross - on behalf of the community - this pub wouldn’t be open at all. The Society doesn’t run the pub business, it leases it to Mick and Hannah. Opening hours is an issue for them, not the Society.

The society has done an amazing job buying Ye Olde Cross as a community pub and keeping it open. As one of over 350 community shareholder members I am happy to be involved to retain this much needed service in the village.
