Peaceful and rustic soba shop. The soba was simple but really delicious. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Had a fantastic lunch break during our road trip here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: The simple soba has no fish and there is no meat dishes as well.

Amazing hidden gem, a little bit outside of the crowed Ine. Then shop is managed by a lovely owner who makes the soba hand-made every day. The quality of the noodle is amazing with a firm texture. The recommendation is the Wakame soba. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
