Recently visited SAFIA in Higashiayase, and honestly, it was a great experience. The atmosphere is warm and energetic, the staff is very friendly, and the Uzbek food was delicious and authentic. The plov and meat dishes were especially good, and the place has a nice local hidden-gem feeling. And the coconut cake absolutely divine. Literally to die for. Soft, rich, perfectly balanced sweetness — easily one of the best desserts I’ve had in Tokyo. Definitely worth visiting, even just for the cake alone. Price per person: ¥4,000–5,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: You get salads and pizzas
