We had an incredible dining experience here. Every dish was prepared with incredibly fresh, seasonal ingredients, and the flavors were delicious. What stood out most was the expert alcohol pairing; each drink was perfectly curated to enhance the nuances of the meal. The hosts were incredibly passionate and the overall vibe was fantastic. Their approach was super seasonal, using local produce and various techniques. Each dish on our menu had a Christmas touch, from pine tree essence to Japanese-style Christmas cake. It was a truly wonderful experience with excellent drink pairings throughout.
