We booked here for dinner and drinks and thoroughly enjoyed both. There is a great range of sakes on offer, 10 on tap plus more by the glass, and a small but appetising menu - we had sweet potato fries, an Okinawan cheese plate, frankfurters and edamame, all of which were prepared on front of us at the bar, and delicious. Sake Lab provides a good selection of sakes on draft (tap) and from the bottle. Also includes craft sakes with interesting characteristics. Food is elegant and delicious, and matches very well with the sakes. Gakiya-san and his wife make a fantastic team - Mrs Gakiya cooks (very good dishes), and Mr Gakiya provides sake recommendations and chats with customers. A good sake bar is one who fully understand customers' tastes and is able to recommend drinks that match a customer's preference, in addition to having good food and service. Sake Laboratory is a great sake bar. Sakes on tap changes over time, so there is always something new to try. Must-try dishes include the avocado caviar salmon, jamon ham with burrata, pan-fried herbed sausage and duck confit.
