SAKTA is pretty near Old City Riga (Vecriga). Clients don't like wine at this bar. The intimate atmosphere of SAKTA allows visitors to relax after a hard working day. This bar runs a scam!!!
They have young beautiful girls who match men on tinder or approach unsuspecting tourist, make them feel comfortable and start ordering expensive drinks and food. The bartender and owner is in cohort too as they charge unrealistic prices for these drinks and insist that the tourist pay. Scam!!!!
