If you have never tried Italian and Japanese cuisines, you should order a table and try the menu at this restaurant. It's time to try perfectly cooked penne pasta, pate and terrine. The cool service is its big advantage. Google gives it 4.2 so you can choose Sakura to have a good time here.

I was really looking forward to this restaurant as vegetarian food is very hard to come by in Tunis. I ordered the burrata to start and it was a very unique experience. It was brought out as a gooey cheese (typically you puncture a first outer shell for the gooey cheese to come out). It was covered in pesto and hazelnuts, which I assume was an effort to compensate for the terrible taste of the cheese, which tasted closer to a blue cheese than a burrata. Would highly advise against this dish, as it was very far away from what an actual burrata tastes like. For a restaurant that serves mainly Italian food it was also strange they didn’t offer any wine (they were alcohol free). The pasta dish was ok, I ordered the pasta aubergine, and it was a pretty standard and simple dish that tasted fine.
