one of the fundamental success of a restaurant or bakery is to maintain the same tast of thier items... my experience with SALMA bakery was perfect, tasty food .... but last Saturday it was not good at all...: -the cheese mankousha having a strange taste (plastic taste) -the " lahim ba3agine" the meat smelling bad - "za3tar" below average.... as for "mhamra" was acceptable Advice for the owner: maintin the taste and the quality to keep your customers... good luck
