Sam’s Barbecue is a nice place in Havelock Road for a proper BBQ meal. They have good portions of chicken and beef, and the Mixed Grill is a good choice if you want to try different items. The food comes with sides like mashed potatoes, coleslaw and garlic bread. The place has a simple outdoor seating area and a relaxed atmosphere. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Food preparation can take some time, so it is better to call and pre-order if you are going with a group. Portions are quite generous and prices are reasonable compared to many other BBQ places in Colombo. Parking can be done along the nearby road. A good option for meat lovers and for a casual dinner with friends or family. We went there on a trainy day and we were the only people there at that moment. It has this homely atmosphere and the food was quite tasty. The chicken was tender and juicy. Price per person: Rs 4,000–5,000 Recommended dishes: Whole Chicken Leg

Place is quite nice and we ordered the platter includes chicken beef sausages mashed potatoes with a salad and the potion size is huge and more than enough for 2 people and it is totally worth the price everything was cooked well Price per person: Rs 2,000–3,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Garlic Bread, Beef, Mixed Grill Platter, Chicken Wings
