The efficient staff reflects the style and character of this restaurant. Unprofessional service is something that visitors would like to improve here. You will pay adequate prices for dishes. SAN HÔ can't attract many people because of the homey atmosphere. But google gives it 4.3 so you can choose this place to have a good time here.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this place. I wanted to book a table at the restaurant for 10 people and a karaoke session. Since no one replied to my email, I tried calling several times, but it wasn’t possible to communicate in Polish or English. Eventually, I managed to reach someone who spoke Polish and confirmed the reservation. A few weeks later, I received a call (again in a language I couldn’t understand) informing me that my booking was cancelled and that the date was already taken — apparently not by me. Very unprofessional. Service: 1
