We had a wonderful experience at Sana, enjoying the sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and tea/lounge area - but what really stood out was the customer care. There was a mixup about what I had ordered via the website, and they were so kind and accommodating and wrote me afterwards to make sure it was right. We will definitely go back as much as we can!
