Sate Paris means Sate Pariaman and its surroundings... the body with other Sate Padang is in the broth which is thinner and slightly reddish in color compared to other SatePadang. Sate Payakumbuh or Padang Panjang is more ancient in color... As for the taste... it's different, yes, but that sure is delicious...
