We sincerely apologize for the long wait and for not informing you of the delay in advance. We understand how frustrating it must have been to spend your limited free time waiting and then leave without being able to enjoy your meal. Your feedback is truly appreciated and will be shared with the team so we can improve both our communication and service moving forward.
