SAWA is pretty near Meguro River Greenway. At this bar, visitors may order good whiskey. Guests don't highly appreciate filet américain at SAWA.

Crazy whiskey selection here. I ended up getting a sampling of three different Nikka Yoichi whiskeys which was quite nice
