SAWA is pretty near Meguro River Greenway. This bar has good whiskey among its drinks. Clients don't highly appreciate filet américain at SAWA.
From the visitors' viewpoint, the staff is hospitable here. A lot of people mention that the service is terrific. Pay democratic prices for eating at this place. The atmosphere of this place is nice. But facebook users wrote comments on this spot and rated it below average.

Crazy whiskey selection here. I ended up getting a sampling of three different Nikka Yoichi whiskeys which was quite nice
