I highly recommend this traditional Japanese sweets shop. They focus on just one signature sweet made from peas and brown sugar, but they do it exceptionally well. The ingredients are simple and natural, creating a delicate flavour that feels surprisingly light and wholesome. While you can find their sweets in many places around Yamanashi, I would strongly recommend visiting the main shop. In addition to enjoying tea and sweets, you can find charming local souvenirs and exclusive items that are only available here. Even if you’ve already tried their sweets elsewhere, the main shop is well worth visiting for its unique atmosphere and exclusive goods.
