After watching Spencer Smith Park, have a meal at SB Prime. Try good salmon, Caesar salads and oysters rockefeller to form your opinion about this bar. The wine list is extensive, every visitor can find something that satisfies their taste. Great espresso is worth a try here.
The appealing staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. SB Prime is remarkable for its terrific service. Tasty meals at fair prices are offered here. You will appreciate the nice lounge area and quiet atmosphere of this place. Based on the guests' feedback on Google, this spot deserved 4.9.

Came to Prime Steak and Raw bar for dinner and was nottt disappointed!! So many great options it’s hard to choose but you just can’t resist a steak - cuts like butter and melts in your mouth. The wild mushroom risotto was so creamy and delicious, but you also have to check out the lobster mac and cheese! Worth every penny. Highly recommend the Peach Melba for dessert - baked flambé right in front of you!Everything was amazing and and tasted even better than it looked! Thank you Kris so much for the recommendations and for the great service!! :) 10/10 recommend

We had the opportunity to dine at the newly launched Prime Steak + Raw Bar this week. It was a top tier experience with our group sharing a selection of items including Oysters, Burrata, Carpaccio, Black Cod, Dry Aged Steak and Japanese Wagyu. All the items rang the bell when it came to taste and presentation. We are definitely eying the Chef's Menu, Sashimi and Crudo for our next visit, plus plans for a more in-depth tour of the unique wine list they have assembled. Congratulations on delivering a menu and atmosphere that raises the bar on the Burlington restaurant scene.
